Tim lives in Moscow, Idaho with his wife Sarah (who is his #1 partner in crime) and their 4 children, Liam, Sawyer, Caed and Briar. He enjoys coaching his boys in football, watching their football and basketball games, weekly date nights with his wife and taking his boys and daughter hunting.

Between managing our home, Tim's schedule, 4 kids' school schedule, airbnb's, finances, rentals, she still manages to find time to walk through business purchases, house and land sales and making all of the kids' games all while enduring countless hours

Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends. She has a unique ability to balance growth and strategy while ensuring every detail is thoroughly examined.
